Loved the pick and was excited to see him grow into this defense after a promising rookie season, but then something changed. At some point he was no longer in that hybrid/mark barron role, playing more in the box. He was playing deeper where his skillset did not appear as strong. Used correctly, in the box and closer to the LOS, I still think he can be a solid NFL starter.
At least there won’t be too much bitching and moaning about THIS signing. Rapp was not in good standing on ROD the past couple seasons. His maligning was daily and I cannot recall one post suggesting he get re-signed.
Debo has a huge pay jump in the next two seasons. $28 mil in 2024It's amazing how many 2nd round players are no longer with their original teams from 2019 or even in the league still.

That's 5/32 that are on their original team. AJ Brown still a stud but moved for other reasons. That's terrible. Even mighty FOs like KC missed on Mecole Hardman. Man by looking at this list it's hard to believe any GM is any good at this. Why the draft is so overhyped and over analyzed.
Nicely said, I concur..…Thank you Mr Rapp, I appreciated your efforts on behalf of my beloved Rams. Good luck in your new adventure
The way this offseason is going, it wont be hard to find.It seems Ramsnation will have to find a new whipping boy on the defense. Wait, forgot Kendricks. They already have a replacement for Rapp!!!
