And when any Team is asking for more money it directly relates to the relocation as that was one of the PRIMARY reasons why the league didn’t approve the stl plan.

Asking for a loan is a sign of financial hardship? I'm betting its more of a case that Kroenke's money during an economic downturn has more potential for him to invest in....say real estate...than being tied up somewhere we he can get some sweet loan terms. And if I recall correctly, those NFL stadium loan terms are pretty good.

Not surprised. The cost of construction in Cali is painful starting from the approvals process and regulations and their associated fees on to the competition on labor where the shortage leads to higher pay. My family still do a ton of contracting and building in Cali (mostly up north near Sacramento now) and have been talking about leaving the state for that reason but there's a ton of them all in the same area so they're still there passing on the costs to the consumers like all the other builders are right now.This just blows my mind. 2-3x the cost. Stan is doing what any builder has to do, which is absorb the costs. It sucks, and it's also why nobody was in a hurry to solve LA's stadium crisis. I seriously doubt anyone in the league's offices or the owners themselves are surprised by this either tbh.
And the sad thing is Nevada is trending that route very quickly too. I'm really glad I got out of there when I did even if I do miss everything being open all night and marijuana delivery to your door. But I can still fly out and see the kid and get my fix when I need it so it's all good.
