Reminds me of Joe Namath. He just doesn’t care how big the stage is. Rams need to keep this kid off balance. He can win this game with his throwing talent. I think he is the best pure passer in the league right now. Stafford has a few more weapons and negotiates the blitz better. Go Rams…do not let this kid find confidence early on.

After seeing what he did to those guys that broke into his house when he was home alone as a kid I'd say he's smart and has some balls.

25 years old and cocky can be a hindrance.

I will put my money on the 34 year old humbled leader playing for the best football player on the planet.

Playing for a fan base is one thing. Playing for a person is another.

We are the growing favorite for a reason.

GO RAMS!!!

Getting sick of hearing about this dude. I wanted to like him, but thanks to the media I can't wait for him to be embarrassed on the biggest stage there is.

The Bengal OL hasn't faced a 4 man DL like the Rams. Donald, Miller, Floyd, and Gaines, any one of these guys can get Burrow. If this DL dominates they will take over the game and Burrows passer rating plummets when he's under pressure. He could end up like Murray with a case of Donald phobia. A couple of turnovers will could potentially seal the game.

The Rams can play 7 in coverage with 2 ILBs taking away the short zone and spying on Burrows, backed up by 5 DBs. I'm hoping Rochell will be available which will give the Rams matching speed. If Joe has to hold it for 2.5 seconds he's going to be dead meat. Even the Cards might have a better OL and look what the Rams did to Kyler. Keep contain and get in his face.

I have no doubt the Ram offense will score. But this game will be won or lost by the defense (barring offensive turnovers). Those betting against the Rams are all saying they expect Stafford to turn it over one or two times. Matt just has to take what is given or throw it away. The only way the Rams lose is if they give it away.

Here’s something about Burrow. He’s 25. Which means he is not a 22-23 year old second year player. He has more life experience and years in football than most second year players. That plays heavily into his confidence/cockiness.
On the other hand he is similar in experience as Jared Goff was in 2018. I believe he was 24 and he was in his third year. That year Goff played at Pro Bowl level but ultimately the big stage was too much for him to overcome the experienced Tom Brady. Each player and year is different but I think as confident as Burrow is his head is being fed and it may ultimately be too big a stage for him to succeed.

Yeah, smooth Joe Cool is going to shred the Rams Defense with his fast legs and accurate arm.

Let’s bring Donald, Floyd, Gaines and Von Miller bearing down and keep hitting him and see if that changes his coolness as what the Rams Defense did to running QBs like Murray and Wilson.

Burrow is overrated in my opinion. I say that as a fan of the Rams, and with an unbiased pov. Stafford is a better QB I would say in nearly every way.
Still, that doesn't mean take Burrow and Bengals lightly.

I don't think he's cocky, but to say he'll be immune to nerves and pressure is insane to me. It's human nature.

Side note - I think its a huge double standard that Joe Burrow's demeanor is praised as "cool under pressure" but Jay Cutler back in the day was "he doesn't care". It's the exact same demeanor lol.

I’m not sure what percentage of his “swagger” is real and what percentage is media hype/narrative but, regardless, the Rams need to disrupt his rhythm and, when they get their hands on him, not allow him to escape. If they do that, we’re going to be very happy with the outcome on Sunday.

Joe Namath won a Superbowl because his defense held the Colts to 7 points. I'm pretty sure the Cincy defense isn't holding our team to 7 points. Burrow is certainly a cocky kid. Some people admire him for that. But this stage can sure a humble someone who hasn't been there.

Aye, so did Goff's & look at the egg he laid in that SB. And that Pattsies DL is nothing compared to what we're gonna throw at Joe on Sunday. And the BenGals' OL is nothing compared to what Goff had then. As long as Morris doesn't let off the gas in the 2nd half, I forsee a long, cold night for Joe.

Aaron Donald and Von Miller plan to keep him on balance . . . on his back.

Winning changes all narratives. Cutler was a loser.

Miller, Donald, Gaines & Floyd. Let's send Joe Cool back to School.
Between regular season and the playoffs, Burrow has been sacked 63 times. We have to hammer that guy and then hit him again. He's not that tough, so sorry, I'm not worshipping at the altar of Joe Burrow.
