I'll gladly take a win, but it's the trends that bother me. Inconsistent run D, poor RZ play calling, underused running game, and whatever is up with Goff's accuracy/inconsistency. Since the 1990s and the poor Bills, 40% of Super Bowl losers don't make the playoffs the next year, according to some sites. Maybe we're still in a funk since that loss. More likely, teams have started to figure McVay and Goff's weaknesses. It'll be interesting to see if both can grow and adjust.

I wonder if Goff is putting to much pressure on himself after the big extension. Being pressured I understand but when he has time he still looks off.
He's missing passes he usually nails. But beyond that he also is getting pressure and the Saints are disregarding the run with minimal box.

I'm as much a Goff supporter as anyone. But I'm starting to get worried now. I'm beginning to think there is something about the blue print. And the claims that Goff plays poorly when you pressure him. His throws have been off for 6 quarters now.

Longer if you count the SB.

McVay has to realize that Goff is off right now. He has got to help Goff work through whatever the problem is, with play calling. The red zone play calling has been awful. He has to get Gurley or Brown involved in the red zone. HORSUP!

Just watched the Fox review of that fumble call. Goff got punched in face and stared down. No call.

The refs took a TD/FG away from US, since Goff got nailed in the face on that fumble. So they took 10-14 pts off our board.

Watch it again.
