Hate hearing we had headset issues and Stafford didn't get some of the plays called right do to it, always makes me wonder
Definitely got the vibe from McVay and Stafford after the game that they were frustrated with how often it happened but they weren’t trying to make excuses.

I hear ya. Winning this game would have been extra special and we were so close.

This thread is designed for those that need to sound like they are bleeding out and I too yelled a "FUCK" so loud I scared my wife and one of our three pugs. The puppy named "Veronika" (yes) is still getting use to her first season in our immediate Ramily. Can't remember the play.

Maybe this is for another thread since I am not bleeding out over today or any point in this season. I am damn proud of this team. And I have no doubt they are hurting much more than us. They obvious give it their all during the entire season. On the flight back many are already looking at the all 22 for next week while we have the freedom to bitch and criticize them. Yes, that is happening right now as I type this.

If we can't appreciate the talent we have in this front office delivering the impossible then maybe it will never be good enough. For me, these past eight years has been nothing but magical. Since 2017 nothing has changed at the top. And they gave us two visits to a Super Bowl with one win and playoff hopes now every season. Few teams can say that.

So yes, vent on my Ramily. Football life is very good.

GO RAMS!!!
This is my favorite post in a long time! Magical and far exceeding expectations is how I feel. Before the season started, we were left for dead like Richard Harris in the movie "Man In The Wilderness". Yet, here we are with a bunch of nobody's and rookies still in the playoff hunt and we are the surprise little train that could story of the entire NFL. This has been such an amazing ride and it's only going to get better.

It's a damn vent thread. Let me vent. I don't often do it, but I'm doing it now, so please let me vent in peace instead of bottling up everything like I have for the past month and a half.
It is a Vent Thread, and you are free to do so. It's just not a Vent In Peace Thread, so you may get push-back.

For example, when you posted ... 'I want a lot of people gone, Chatarius (screw his nickname) Atwell can suck my tits as well (he did nothing the entire game' ... my push-back is to point-out that Atwell was injured in the second quarter; and I don't believe he played the rest of the game.

I am sorry to hear that you are having a difficult month, and truly hope things improve.

Just an FYI ... The Ravens had FOURTEEN former 1st round picks on the field today. The Rams had TWO.

Agreed- You never know what would have been but TuTu's replacement Robinson had 3 catches on 10 yes 10 targets. I like Robinson but if those balls go somewhere else maybe we improve the 30% reception rate who knows but unlikely it gets worse

theres also like 3 other teams that are 6-7
True but one of them is Seattle and we have the tiebreaker over them. Minnesota has a tougher schedule down the stretch than Green Bay. They are probably our best bet to overtake.

If the Rams go 3-1 in their last 4, they're probably in.

Sounds good on paper doing the 3-1, but damn. We never really know what we'll get each week — whether it's with the Rams or the other team. Ugh... 7-6 and a week-long high would've been nice and was SO CLOSE!

I hear you.

I guess I'm an oddball.. this loss doesn't bother me at all. I look at the schedule and think.. "good luck with that one."

It's stuff like the offing Pittsburgh and Cincy games that get me. The trickle-down is something to consider as well.. if the Rams won one or both of those.. are they as desperate at Dallas? Do they go for a two-pointer with Stafford and get him hurt? I don't know!

It's always tough to take away that we're a better team than I thought.... after a loss. But we're a good team we've scored a lot of points vs a couple of top defenses.

Still a tough loss....

We need a punt returner...

Wonder how Xavier Smith been doing on the practice squad

Trust me would have loved to get the win, and there is no moral wins but I said before the game we get 2 of the next 3 we are fine.
I agree totally, except I’m really feeling us taking the next 3 TBH. Then that dog fight in San Fran depending on if they need to play that game or not.

Several scenarios I ran in the sim suggested there is a good chance it won’t matter their placing for that game. Id love to whoop that ass 2 weeks in a row!:laugh2:

Hard to vent when you never expected the team to go into Baltimore and win. Sure, you want the win, but I find myself pleasantly surprised it was so close.

I dunno guys. I thought the Ravens played very poorly. They could have crushed us even if Lamar just stopped missing wide open receivers deep every second play. How many huge plays did Jackson miss? But the Rams could not take advantage as we were too busy sabotaging ourselves.

You are assuming this guy is an actual NFL caliber QB? No, he's a running back that can throw the ball pretty well.

There’s a reason Lamar is 20-1 vs NFC teams in the regular season. Defenses that have never seen him before tend to struggle. I just hate how easy so many of the completions were.

Because his offensive line holds the D line for 10 seconds on every play?
