I think it's the right move. I think McVay has the mindset that there can always be improvement. Skip was a fine coach but Gurely needs a different voice in his head because for whatever reason last year he didn't seem to a very good charisma about him. NOt saying thats Petes fault but you have to hold people responsible for the lack of production at individual positions. McVay probably has a master plan in the works and we're already seeing it unfold in front of our eyes.
I'm excited to see what shape this team is going to take over the next couple of weeks.

In McVay I trust!

I was not overly impressed by Peete and I don't think McVay would have kept him except for Gurley's recommendation. Also I'm not sure McVay had somebody in mind and IMO, made the right decision in 2017 and in 2020!

there has been so much change in OC’s & a young banged up O”Line !!!

Copper Kupp being 100% OTA’s Cooks,Woods,Reynolds all coming back.
I can see Gurley getting traded and a new RB core if not just developing some of these young guys as well ??
Accountability ??? I think it is just continuity & change is always good.

Will Wes Phillips remain as TE coach or does he follow his dad ?

Promote Aubrey Pleasant to DC, leaving McVay more control over the D.

Move Ejiro Evero over to CB Coach, offer Eric Weddle the Safety gig.

Let Joe Berry go and promote Chris Shula to all LB'ers Coach.

Whitworth becomes assistant OL coach in 2021.

Waldron I would like to see go . Mcvay is tight with him though ?? Kromer I like, but Callahan impressed the heck out of me taking over for Jay Gruden. Just really hard to figure out ????

HATE any Side of Bruce Allen !! Even the rumors upset me !!!! Deacon Jones is dead & so is Georgia!! Moving into a new Stadium & time to move on !!!

I like the FACT Sean Mcvay is taking Ownership!!! Will be a fun offseason!!

I see Wes staying, he and Sean we’re friends in DC and one of the reasons Wade came to LA.
