Sticking with dining on some bird & putting on my Italian twist, Chicken Marsala with some homemade Capellini a.k.a. Angel Hair for non Italians.

Getting this up late this week.

I made a corn and chicken cream soup last night so I'll probably heat some of that up.

The wife made a trip to Trader Joe's and picked up a whole bunch of snacks to pull out for the game as well.

In laws are in town. My sister in law is making an enchilada casserole. Not looking forward to it. Everything she makes is with yucky health food. I can't imagine what she's gonna put in this one. The meat is probably some veggie burger meat or ground turkey. And I have to lie and tell her it tastes great. At least I have some of my famous salsa to drown out the taste of it.
