The missed extra points scare me, unless C1 means something else entirely.

I'd bring in two more kickers for competition.

Extra points are called "converts" in Canada.
The kicking game is more important in Canadian football, and there have been many excellent kickers in the CFL.
I have been calling for trying CFL kickers for years. Great move IMO.

Wow, his stats look great. Especially given that he often had to kick in bad conditions. Trying to find his splits on FG made by distance, but no luck so far (only found one site which had inaccuracies). He had a crappy 2015, but the next 4 years-- 2016 thru 2019-- were excellent. Here's a good overall view of his stats:

So do you think the Rams have committed to going with the winner between LH and MacGinnis, and not spending a pick on a kicker?

Do they use a kicking tee for FGs in the CFL?

From the CFL rule book:

"On a field goal or convert attempt, a kicking tee may be used provided that the ball shall be raised not more than one inch above the playing surface."

Thank you for the explanation, BC. I appreciate it.

I give Austin MacGinnis the early edge because the CFL allows kicking tees on field goals, but I'm interested to see how Lirim Hajrullahu adjust, however, Hajrullahu did kick in the toughest stadium in the CFL.

Just keep Spending Rams! If Trump can do it, So can Kronke!
WE don't even know the terms yet. If they sign for the league minimum, they wouldn't be part of the top 51 contracts that count against the Cap.

Great call.
That’s a huge difference.
Not sure about the hash mark width and ball placement.
Don’t they get an extra point if the ball is kicked out of the endzone?
