Back to back Iowa TE's taken for the first time ever? most likely. Fant needs to develop better as a blocker and become a better catcher but he is a speedster for a TE and will provide the safety net Carr needs now that Cook is a Saint. Gruden continues to give Carr weapons to spread the ball around consistently.

The Colts were hoping that AJ Brown was going to fall here but in his absence it's a different offensive playmaker that we target.

The Colts were mentioned as a potential player in the Lev Bell sweepstakes but chose not to pull the trigger. They get their bell cow in the draft instead and select:-

JOSH JACOBS, RUNNING BACK, ALABAMA.

Marlon Mack had a nice breakout season last year but RB still needs addressed, and having drafted the hogs last year, the colts are the spot for Jacobs.
