D’Marco talking about SJD getting his body a lot better this season, he seems to like his strength. He thinks Gaines is a just a puppy, and a few years away, ouch. They expect JJ will be a Pro BowlEr this year, I agree.
I keep hearing how the Rams DC wants to be super aggressive, and not reactive, this year. I like that, I think we missed the playoffs, by blowing some games, by playing too passive late in games.
I, like everyone, wish they’d show more drills. Ebukam, the other day, looked amazing through the bags. He’s gonna have a huge year, so is OBO. And Lewis is out there, and practicing, so that’s good.

Farr makes a point “we need to be more aggressive on punt coverage”. That sounds like something he’s heard a coach say.
And... yeah, I would love to see some drills. But, maybe their core audience would tune that out? Still cool for the Rams to do it LIVE. There is potential here to be creative with Camp coverage.

Hopefully Robinson gets back, but I'm in the minority with Sebastian Joseph-Day is I believe he's improving and I'm not so big on Gaines, but maybe Gaines will improve in his second year. Agreed on the Punt Coverage because the Detroit Lions rated the best in the NFL in Punt Coverage under John Bonamego so maybe that's why it's being preached.
Quite frankly, have you ever heard or read a new DC of any team, saying, he wants to be less aggressive? Be great to listen to a new DC say: "We're going to take a more passive approach, drop more into zone coverage & prevent defenses with hope of tiring the offense out in hoping they make a mistake driving up and down the field."
