Yeah, I hate to admit it but Brady wasn’t actually half bad in this game. He had good insight on the QBs, route running, and game management. The heavy offensive output and elite quarterback play made it the perfect game for him for him to call.

He really was excited and sounded like he was having fun.

Sad Jim Carrey GIF
Yeah I didnt mind him at all. Loved when he got excited on Puka's toe drag catch and Kupps TD where he took two defenders down with him after the catch.

We knew our D was gonna get lit up, just didn't know if our O could keep up, and we DID, and were up by 2 scores at one point.
This is a tremendous, fantastic win, one that EVERYONE had down as an L, and gives us a bit of wiggle room in case we lose against an upcoming opponent.
Only wiggle room we have is against JETs. Which if we don’t beat indicates we don’t belong in the playoffs. But really need to win out on the division games or get a lot of help navigating around a loss.

Watched the game late last night. Fantastic win. Something weird going on with the refs. McVay had them ready to play.
Puka is a beast. O line got it done.
But these games the NFL puts out after the fact are my way to watched games now, its great. No commercials, no halftime and its all done for you.
I have too much to do on Sundays it seems. Now I can just get it done, feel great about that. Then watch my Rams later.

Only problem with that is trying to not hear the score during the day.

TV goes off. Internet goes off except for U Tube where I listen to add free music though Brave browser and get my chores done. Everyone in my circle knows not to talk about it.
Besides, I live in Niner country where Rams games are not top of the news list.
Now Thursday, I work nights. That will be a problem.

So I think it was @jrry32 on another site that mentioned an issue with usage. Most of Tutu's routes involve motion which McVay primarily uses for Kupp and Nacua. Looks like he's fighting for snaps with those 2. In fact lets look at snap counts.

So 77 offensive snap counts Kupp missed 13 snaps Nacua 18 for 31 total between them. Tutu with 35 snaps was by that math he could have been their relief every missed snap and had 4 left over. Not saying this is scientific and we should take it to Bill Nye or anything but the math seems to look about right. Yes 3 WR sets or 4 WR will change the math but I think he's on to something. Would have to go back and watch the game over to really get an idea of if this is the case or not.

Apart from this game, Tutu's snaps have been exactly the missed snaps of DRob. DRob + Tutu's snaps equal total snaps. This game, Tutu got 5 extra.

Tutu was out there some with Kupp and Nacua due to D-Rob's injury. D-Rob came back into the game later, but we continued to use Tutu. I believe it was on here that I said it. Tutu is going to be most effective when you can put him in motion before the snap, but McVay prefers to motion Kupp and Puka. D-Rob tends to operate like a traditional X. That's why it's hard to just insert Tutu into the lineup. But I think he should be playing more. He's been separating and catching the ball well. Plus, nobody else at WR offers his speed.
