What NFL teams who struggle to make good challenges should do is make a 30 minute reel of difficult calls that progresses quickly and have a thumb button they hit when it's a challengeable event. Then bring in a bunch of fans who watch a lot of football and have them tested until they find someone who has quick recognition and feel for it. Then hire that fucking fan as their new "team replay" gameday caller.
