I'm not sure we need to replace anybody (except Bobby Evans).......just a brand new season do-over might make a huge difference. Or we could get rid of the DC, the OC, the OL coach, the RB coach, the strength coach, the entire OL (except for big Rob), ARob, Akers, the traveling secretary, the radio crew, the bus drivers, etc.

Rams need a run heavy gameplan. If I see McVay going empty with Stafford behind this line I'm going to turn the tube off. McVay better come up with a solid plan to protect Stafford. If you need a sneak then use Higbee like the Chiefs do, or put in your backup to run the sneak.
