I know for a FACT that the Rams will trade down towards the end of the first round and pick up a first next year and a second and third this year.

And I'm posting this just to make the draftnicks cream their jeans at the very thought of it actually happening.

I know for a fact:

Merlin, Oldscool and El Chapo are in a secret love triangle.....

And the secret is out.

And it's a love triangle based on sage.
El Chapo is smuggling it in in tunnels.
Merlin is burning it.
An oldschool claims he hasn't smoked any in a long time and he's sticking with that story.

I know for a fact that whatever I may want, won't happen. Never does.

With that said, I like one of these two scenarios:

Trade down for Omar Cooper Jr in the first, trade up for Jacob Rodriguez in the second and grab best available OT/CB (Bowry? Neal?) in the third.

OR

Trade down for Freeling in the first, trade up for Jacob Rodriguez in the second and grab best available WR (Sarrett? Hurst?) in the third.

So, now we know neither of those is happening.

I know for a fact, the Rams are smart enough to wait and take a WR in round 2 or 3

Sadiq looks like favourite but if
we want an OT then we need to strike in round 1 as the draft thins out soon after. Who knew so many had such stubby arm length! :-)

If we want Simpson then he is worth trading up for in the mid twenties if we spend pick 13

If Stafford has decided miraculously that he wants to play for at least two more years, use all our capital on the four most important yet relatively small weaknesses:

OT
WR
Center
Returner

In that order

Ask ourselves, realistically, how many rookies will make it on to the full squad?

The question shouldn’t be, as the media bleet, repeating the same storyline, who can we add to take us to the next level. The question should be what do we need to do to ensure nothing other than a Stafford injury can derail our bid to be champions

We can secure the future of this Organization by Drafting Ty Simpson tonight somewhere.
