Whitworth and Hav finished the game. I'm sure both will be ready to go.
Ogletree played the whole game as did Barron.
Tru is key.
Barwin, Joyner, Woods??
Hopefully good news soon.

Actually AO did not play the whole game, Near the end Hager was in for him. Heard today on ESPN, DeMarco Farr, that he got himself dehydrated and had to come out. Don't know exactly when that was or if he came back in but it was near the end of the 4th IIRC.

Did not know that, thanks.
If it was just dehydration and cramps and not his elbow that would be good.

If Tru doesn't play, I don't think we will be lost in the secondary. Remember, Seattle's receivers are pretty small. Baldwin (5'10" 189 lbs,) Lockett (5'10" 182 lbs) and Richardson (6'0" 175 lbs) aren't exactly big receivers. Quick yes, but I think we will match-up okay. Yes we are thin, and not sure if we can get someone signed quickly to provide some depth for the game Sunday. It sure would be nice to get Cody Davis back. Has anyone heard of his possible return?

Given how much success Philly had yesterday with their tight-ends, I would imagine we will get a big dose of Jimmy Graham and Luke Wilson. If we shut down the tight-ends, it will reduce a bunch of stress with the rest of the secondary.

Also, Tru has difficulty covering smaller, faster receivers due to his size. However, when he can get physical with them they have a hard time getting separation.
Good Post. Ref DB Cody Davis ...Cody was placed on IR on 11-3-17, Best I can recall is he is eligible to return to Rams practice on 12-15 17 this upcoming Friday if he is able to practice. Cody might be is eligible to return to the active list on Saturday 12-30-17 just before the 9ers game. This is the best we could hope for.

@BonifayRam I think the Rams defense is better with Joyner moving into the slot whenever the nickel is out there, and giving NRC a shot at the #2 CB slot. NRC has some serious ball instincts, and I think that balance of players would be better than Hill getting significant time.

Not sure what the deal is with Cody Davis, but if we can get him back in conjunction with the above it would be a huge deal.
If all things come together & the stars align for us...Cody can return a day before the 9ers game.I agree on Joyner but he still remains an emergency starting corner. Rams might go this direction & just bring up safety Isaiah Johnson from the PS to replace CB Kayvon Webster roster spot. WE also need to remember CB Dom Hatfield who was released & had a nagging hip problem.

Another thing lets not forget that JJ III has some coverage skills . Has starting experience as CB but better covering the slot. JJ is very good ball tracking & we know he has soft hands. JJ also has an over 37 inch vertical. We need to remember his ability in coverage has him starting 9 NFL games as a rookie this season.

I know our 4th corner is Troy Hill but I see enough of him to know I would prefer not to see him any-longer. I like corner Kevin Peterson better & believe he has a possible future here next season worthy the time to groom.

Bottom Line Wade has 2 safeties & a corner NRC who can play the slot corner position. The problem is the outside corner post. Blake Countess also has played boundary corner & the slot in college. He back up Joyner in the Nickle last season for the Rams & started most of 3 last games. I would not want Countess playing the corner or the slot.

I like JJ but he's very much a rook. Dude got schooled by the Eagles and they didn't have Ertz.

Corner comes down to Hill sliding in outside at the #2 CB slot vs NRC and personally I like NRC much better even if he's going to line up outside. It shouldn't hurt us vs Seattle's WR corps.

Never underestimate the refs ability to make a bad call ...
Oh believe me, nothing that refs do surprises me anymore. Nothing...

They're, the refs, are getting more and more clueless with each passing day.

The NFL needs to hire, and fully train, much younger and more athletic people to do nothing else but be NFL officials. These @$$hats they're running out there now are turning the NFL into Big Time wrestling. One guy "distracts" the ref while the other guy "smacks" somebody upside the head with a folding chair... It's really becoming a freaking joke...

Just heard McVay press conference. Tru is good to go with a stinger, and did not have a concussion. He's not in concussion protocol.

Barwin, Woods, Whit, and Haven all expected to play next week. Only loss is Webster with the tendon.
