I did that too. Also bought all the magazines during the NFL draft just to read the mock drafts.
Same. I remember one season where Dr. Z from Sports Illustrated had the Rams as an NFC favorite and maybe even his SB winner.
They sucked that season.

Wow. Dang -- if only. NFC Championship Game rematch with better results. Sadly, 1989 was the pinnacle of that version of the Rams, one of my faves, leading to a decade of misery. Whoda thunk it at the time.

Yeah little did we know that was the beginning of 90's suckage. The last 4 months of the decade made up for it but 1990 was ultra disappointing after 2 great years in 1988-89.
