I figure we've got 10 days before we win our next game so plenty of time to talk Rams and also division football.

Here's the question. Do you fire Carroll and keep Wilson or trade Wilson and keep Carroll? Maybe you do a full reset and move on from both...or do nothing.
Obviously as Rams fans we'd like to see the worst possible outcome, but for the purposes of this poll and discussion...you're the GM. How do you fix that mess?

As a Rams fan - I want them to trade Russ Wilson to the Jags for Urban Meyer and then let him ruin the franchise further. But if I was trying to do the right thing as GM I would fire Carroll and let Waldron take over for the year before looking at a new staff.

Agree. Trading Wilson could and probably would ensure that they'll be searching for decades before they find another QB of his caliber.

Also, IMO Carroll's thing has simply run it's course.

That's the thing that really needs to be done. He's made a lot of lousy personnel decisions over the past several years.
Yes. Unlike Snead and McVay who are leading the way, Seattle seems to be reacting which rarely works. Got to be out front and set the trend. Can’t sit back and wait to see what your division is doing, then react.

Right now Shanahan and Lynch plus Snead and McVay are ahead of them. Keim and Kingsbury were behind but I think they are also pulling away (and Murray is better than Wilson plus the Cards have better weapons).

Being last in a tough division means no more treading water

The problem with SEA is they can't replace their LOB players. The team is talent depleted. They haven't fallen apart entirely but they've been stuck in the same spot for years.

Pete has only been good after he lucked out with Russell Wilson. Without RW, he would have been fired years ago and they don't win their Super Bowl. The GM has been picking trash for years and RW will not sit still for a wave of rebuilding and he has the right of refusal in a trade. He needs to be traded and the whole organization blown up and rebuilt from scratch. Pete is old and needs to retire before he dies....
