Kay will always be cute in my book but she’s taken the makeover/cosmetic touch ups too far.

I love Les, and what he's done for the Rams through draft, and free agency. I hope he stays forever. But Les, the orator? He's getting hard to listen to, of late.

He's drifted into being way too wordy. Way too "look at me". Is anyone else hearing this? With Kay, his interview with McAfee the other day.

Keep your words simple, Les. Or as you would say, "Let's call it -speaking style".

Whereas a McVay interview will include a ton of politically correct shit and give up nothing. I often don't even watch McVay's pressers, even though I love him as our Coach. He's just too disciplined in his BS.

I listen to McVay's like the first season but the last like maybe three or four seasons I have not really listened to them.

Didn’t care for Schaefer at first but I learned to appreciate his due diligence in bringing some depth to the rather light GMF. It also helped that he was a big McVay fan.
