He lists Robinson and Donald 2 of his once in a decade type players. The Rams got two of them. Good stuff.

This week, somebody asked me, "Are there any once in a decade players in this draft?" Many would expected the answer to be Jadeveon Clowney, but he wasn't on my list of potential once-in-a-decade types.

I believe three players (which is a lot) in this draft have a chance, and I emphasize chance, to be once-in-a-decade players.

• Wide receiver Sammy Watkins snatches footballs like Larry Fitzgerald, runs with the ball like a top running back and reminds me of Sterling Sharpe.

• Auburn tackle Greg Robinson has athletic ability like Walter Jones.

• I've waited years to see a one gap penetrator like Pitt's Aaron Donald.

You hear Geno Atkins and Sapp comparisons a lot

Randle, Atkins or Sapp; if Donald has a similar type impact as any of those 3 have has. We are all going to be very, very happy; period!

This morning on Siriusxm w/ Ross Tucker. Tucker joked how he couldnt stop Glover and couldn't stop telling Aaron Donald to spend as much time ad humanly possible w/ Glover.

For what it's worth Aaron sounds like a good dude w/ his head on his shoulders!!

While I hope he's right about our two guys... it seems each and every draft has way too many "Once in a Decade type guys" for them to... you know... actually BE the ONE best in a decade.

To be fair there actually haven't been prospects with Clowney, Robinson, or Donald's athleticism in the past 10 years to my memory. Doesn't mean they'll be once in a decade players, though.

And I'll agree with that.

Of course, one doesn't need to be once in a decade to be All Pro or Hall of Fame though.
