What events in Rams history do you think we, as fans, should be over?

Being in my mid 40s I don't care about anything before the last 3 regardless but could add "leaving St. Louis" as an option too lol.

I try not to sweat the small stuff so I checked everything except the 2001 Homeland Security Bowl. It will always be a completely transparent disgrace of rah rah favoritism.

As soon as I get past Nolan Cromwell dropping that INT against the Steelers, I'll get on the rest of that list.
Thanks!

The BS made about the sack Blade took in that game bothered me far more than the play.

There are many times that smart QBs make the decision to basically take a knee or go down on their own on plays that are obviously busted. They do this to avoid a much worse result than a sack... like a forced fumble from being blasted from the blindside or to avoid being seriously injured. Those decisions have to be made in less than a second sometimes. Blade made the decision that he believed was best for the team in that split second. Those who try to claim Blade was soft or a bitch should go tell him that to his face.

The only thing to get over there was the blow hards trying to act tough. Those kooks never crossed my radar though. So this has always been a big nothing burger for me.

Fisher... despite his faults... was like pure heaven on earth compared to spags. Fish at least turned the team into a 500 level production getter with some fight.

I'll never get over the spags years of total embarrassment. Ever.

I don't think I'll ever get over those 2001 Patriots ending our potential dynasty.

I watched that game at a bar with a good friend of mine, but he couldn't handle it.

Buddy couldn't handle it. Was Buddy a fellow Rams’ fan?

Right. Buddy was a fucking die-hard, and he was there too, but it was Striker who couldn't handle it.

And he went to pieces.

Andy went to pieces?

No, Andy was a fucking Tom Brady dick-licker. He was over the moon. Buddy went to pieces.

It was awful, how he came unglued.

Howie came unglued?

Oh, no, Howie retired in 1993, one of the best Defensive Ends to ever do it. Buddy drank too much.

And he passed out?

No! But we did beat the fuck out of Andy. Buddy passed out.

How we survived drinking that much was a miracle.

Then Howie survived?

No. Afraid not. Terry Bradshaw killed Howie and dumped his body after the Post Game Wrap up.

Over Macho Grande?

No. I don't think I'll ever get over Macho Grande.

Those wounds run pretty deep.

Majority of those are before my time. The one I can't get over is our hideous emblem and logo. Those others may come up once or twice a year, if that, but I see that dick nosed banana panther and stolen, elementary'esque logo just about every day of the week.

Steve Smith double OT walk off still stings too. I literally stomped a hole through the floor on that play.

I guess I'm over everything on that list. In fact, thankful Fisher indeed saved us out of the quagmire for a bit.
But if I could take a dump right now on Robert Kraft's carpet, I would.

Well, being Major Leagued by the bitch I refuse to name used to bother me, but we have are team back. I'm good. The SB and cover up and all the accolades Bilicheat and Brady get, I will never get over. A legacy built on a foundation of cheating.

The Fisher years were great compared to the Linahan and Spags years.
That POS Spags fired the Rams longtime equipment guy from the LA years. And that man got me a autographed 92 LA Rams practice ball. Slater,s on it. Gray, Delpinio and Evrett threw that thing around.
When Fisher showed up many of the guys cut never played in the NFL again. 4 pillars huh ?

LOL

So I don't want to rush "the why" part. Let me force myself to think about those 2 clowns and dig up some suppressed memories so I can give a decent attempt at describing my thoughts on it.

I curse you now for asking me to do this btw. Hahahahahahaaaaa
