IMO it's the worst run union of the major sports and he's a large reason of it. Add to that the fact there's a very large discrepancy between the top and bottom rungs of the player base. I'm reading in this and other spots he sounds lucky to have been retained.

He's done well for the top players.

The bottom rung players have gotten thrown out with the bath water.

He's failed to address THC/CBD issues sooner.

There are a host of other issues including revenue sharing, rosters (turns out the issues could be solved and immediately were addressed under COVID, so it was a matter of being able to negotiate) and more.

Here's hoping his barely getting elected has him listening more to his rank and file members.
