What are you all making today?

I kept seeing this recipe for Pork and Sauerkraut in the slow cooker.

So that's been in the cooker since this morning.

Also trying this dessert that is simply bananas, eggs, yogurt, and blueberries then bake.

Hamburger beef vegetable soup with add your own thick elbow macaroni when serving.

PERFECT. It was fun to slow cook on a day like today. I like to simmer the ground beef and tomato + spices (base) for a couple of hours before adding vegetables. Cook until those are done. Serve with mac.

Luscious. Hamburger is nice and tender. I’ll post a pic if it shows well.

Roast beef sliders, Cesar salad and more. Told Mrs Faulk I’d take her out to a basketball game tonight for her Christmas present.

This sounds so perfect!

Waiting to get seated for sushi right now.

In Scotland we always have Steak Pie on new year's day. So we had a nice slow cooked beef steak pie with puff pastry. The English will tell you a pie is made with shortcrust pastry. This is a lie.

I served it with roasted thyme carrots and a simple potato mash. We also had a lovely bottle of St Emilion grand cru.
