Engel's no more an insider than Peacock is! Just more speculation from someone trying to fill space with a story!
Rhinobean, I was comparing the style and quality (or IMO lack there of) of Engel's piece with the Scott Lewis piece. And thanks for making my point more clear.

Man this thread has hit rock bottom. Posters calling each other names, no one is objectively listening. It was inevitable though as this is a very emotional divisive subject.
Good luck to all!
to be honest 99% on here have been civil, and have listened and posted objectively, a few have been on here trying to stir the pot, but 503 does a pretty good job of weeding them out. the few that are still here I put on ignore. all in all I would say it has been a pleasant surprise how civil it has been on here with such a touchy topic.

He couldn’t say much, but former Anheuser-Busch President Dave Peacock spoke out Friday about the St. Louis NFL stadium task force’s recent meeting with the National Football League. He also talked about new details and designs in the nearly $1 billion project.

Just think how many there will be before the whole this is resolved

I'm going with 4 digits
Man, from 281 to 1000 plus pages is a whole lot but I wouldn't be surprised. The closer we get to a decision the more this topic will skyrocket. Whenever we receive news, it seems like we add 10 pages within a few hours.

I'll take the under, if they vote on relocation in December, I think we'll still be triple digits.

However I am taking the over at new 50 pages within a week of them announcing the results of relocation votes.

I'm almost dreading the final announcement. It's going to be divisive, gonna be a challenge for all to keep the polite standard we've had here. As it gets closer, opinions are going to get stronger, right now there's just too many unknowns to form strong opinions with any factual basis.
Plus, for those of us STL first fans, an LA decision will mean the end of an era, for lack of a better way to put it. It's almost like waiting to see if you are going to be laid off. You want the decision to come, but you dread it just the same.

Well said.

Don't like the sound of that AT ALL!!!

Couldn't they have used something a little less disturbing and divisive?

I'm beginning NOT to like Kevin Demoff. . .

Agreed, not into the Photoshop, why not just put a returning player on there instead.

I concur I would've had Foles donning the Blue Pants!

Come on, guys! "The JOURNEY starts today?"

Journey to where? LA????

I just think it is sort of 'baiting' St. Louis fans. Of course, the LA crowd should be thrilled by its innuendo.

Just sayin' . . .

But then again, maybe I'm reading more into it than is really there.

Not everything is a conspiracy theory. Makes me think of this quote (not trying to belittle you, I can see how you feel this way, but I think it's just a phrase they're using)
