NBA Suspends Season, Will NFL Suspend Draft?

I'm not surprised that the NBA shut down the season; two Utah Jazz players tested positive. Wouldn't be surprised if the draft was conducted on TV only.

According to Brad Perna at "That's Good Sports," Many of the teams are practicing safety by shutting down offices/activities in respect of the virus.
Bucking the trend, the Patriots ordered Haz Mat suits and told everybody to get the fuck back to work!

Initially, it was player safety immediately after the player tested positive for the virus just before gametime. At this point, kinda moot.

It’s hard to imagine the NFL couldn’t adapt the draft.

If you want to “flatten the curve” and accelerate dealing with this, slowing down the way it transmits casually makes sense.

Slow the spread through non essential contact. School will be okay. We can easily get by without sporting events.

But we need hospitals open. Factories open. Stuff like that.
