as long as he isn't kicking 40-49 yards, he's good. I think even that one wouldn't have made it from 40

The defense has had time to make some adjustment. A quick TO and get the offense back out there.

Please, somebody, anybody - tell me that McVay is capable is figuring this out. Because right now, he's a freakin' mess. All the talent we have on offense, and nothing. The line is doing OK on pass protection tonight, and still nothing.

McVay has NOTHING to beat the blitz, and I mean NOTHING.

Is it me or does Gurley look like he's only running at 3/4 speed? I'm a big Gurley fan, but maybe it's time to try something else.

Defenses obviously know our tendencies. Their corners are crashing hard for run support. Sean has apparently become very predictable, how ironic.

Screen play on the 15 yard line against a fast D . Great call

Absolutely. In our most successful screen play I though, Give Henderson some snapshe looked not explosive at all

McVay has to let Jared throw the ball. Win or lose. Open it up. These ridiculous screens and gimmick plays are not helping.

Keep the run balance and play action over the top.

I know I can have some attacks of paranoia - or at least that's what the voices tell me. I sometimes have this hopefully unfounded fear that we're possibly witnessing a repeat of another post-Patriot SB loss collapse. WE lost that game and then 1 winning season in about a decade and a half. I thought after that 1999 magic year, we had a 3-4 Super Bowl dynasty in the making, then we lost that SB to NE in 2001, with a supposed offensive genius at the helm, a great passing game with a great qb and receivers, and a versatile RB who could rack up the all purpose yards. Hopefully, the owner and FO are much better now than then, but I look at this team with the tough cap number and not much hope in the draft for a while, and I get that flashback.
