Cause you never pass up an opportunity to take an unwarranted cheap shot at Simpson. But mainly it's your failure, or ignorance of the situation that it's a big fucking end of the world deal if Simpson is QB3 when they don't intend on playing him for 2 or 3 years. And that was the plan from the start. But carry on with your fake and false hysteria over Simpson. It's entertaining.

What cheap shot have I taken? I've said I expect him to win the QB 2 job by end of camp (perhaps I should say start of season) which suggests I believe he's got the ability and talent to immediately become our QB 2 especially over a supremely lesser talent in Bennett.

And I've said that if he can't do that then it suggests larger problems with him and a lower floor than what McSnead expect and that that variable alone should suggest we keep looking for a future QB.

There's no cheap shot, there is hyperbole on your part due to some anxieties you have about making an argument or when people aren't genuflecting about Simpson morning, noon and night.

What does Ty Simpson have to do with the scenario that Stetson Bennett has improved by leaps and bounds? IF that happens. And how would that be a BAD thing for the Rams.

What you are fundamentally not understanding, and still seemingly hurt about, is that the Ty Simpson draft choice at pick 13 in the 2026 NFL draft is basically for the Rams of 2028 and beyond.

If Simpson wins QB2 THIS preseason? Great.

If he doesn't? Means NEXT TO nothing.

But enjoy the ride, and be sure to call on us in September if Stetson wins the job. We all need a good amount of unwarranted hysteria around here I guess.

#no freak-outs about Simpson til year 2, MINIMUM.

Agree that Bennett improving or any player for that matter improving is good for the Rams. With that said, no matter how you slice it, you sure are pretty damn protective of anything coming Simpson's way or taking it more personal than it needs to be. You don't have to throw verbal jabs at everyone that has a way different take but if ya do so be it. I'm mostly enjoying my popcorn with these conversations because there's nothing else to do until they really start the season (training camp is kinda what I mean by that). Simpson will get his chance to show his wares and so will Bennett. Can't wait for those reports from our awesome camp folks here along with some hopefully nice pics of our lovely cheerleaders too hahahaha

Totally get and agree with mostly everything minus the hurt part. Oh well, whatever floats your boat.

I am not protective of anything coming Simpsons way, I am simply protective of ridiculous NFL statements being made. Carry on, and enjoy your popcorn.

Alright guys. Let’s knock off the going after one another and keep it to discussing topics and players. If someone has an opinion you don’t agree with, feel free to discuss that but end the butt hurt shit. I pretty much have to read all this crap and you’re seriously hashing my mellow and dragging the conversation down with it.
