Yeah.. real sterile and I'm not crazy about those black countertops. They already look dated.
 
Congrats to coach and well deserved. I imagine that film room, er movie theater, is gonna get some serious work.

multimillion-dollar homes not being warm (sterile) is pretty common, but there are some questionable design decisions although not out of bounds. Lots of patterns on patterns and other generally undesirable choices:dizzy:. House itself is cool enough

Edit: sent the link to one of the designers I work with and she called it "so stupid cool", she decorates houses in this price range.

Wrap your heads around this. Every 6 months when he pays his property taxes, he has to write a check of $87,500. Of course he can afford it, but, an average Joe like me, it's a big chunk of change!

The foyer is great, but moving past that, it's just a builder spec LA mansion. That marble / stone choice is turrible. All that marble to cover it with a TV? Couldn't they hide that in the ceiling or use a projector? Or just not have one there - TV's above fireplaces are really a bad idea. And why over-use that turrible marble? The wood is also over-used. No creativity here, detail is scarce. I do like the office / workout room placement with views / openings overlooking the pool & vista. But if he's just using it for an investment, sure.

Not to worry when you're sitting on 1 1/2 acres. Not like the neighbor's place is only 5 yards away...
 
Who gives a flying fuck? What's this enamored shit, it's a gigantic house for 2 maybe soon 1 there will be a divorce . No one occupies that entire space just like golf courses. I guess most of you all are spoiled.
