I believe that is 100% a real WH training video. I've only been in a Waffle House a couple of times... and I've always felt like I needed to be ready to throw hands at any moment. I completely avoid that place and Walmart. Both seem to be the starting place of every Dateline crime show. I refuse to enter either one almost always.

been in waffle house 1 time, in Bonita Springs. Wife and I were driving down to Naples and was around 1 a.m Decided to grab something to eat before we got to the condo. Regretted the decision for the next 12 hours or so.
