Puka never appeared to me to be any kind of asshole. Immature yes. Naive yes. But everything I've heard or read about him from people who know him personally sounds like a good kid who just doesn't realize how his fame makes him different from any average guy.

Is this even confirmed to have actually happened? That could easily have been a stunt to get $. To suspend on that would unbelievable. Particularly when the NFL schedules our OPENING game in another country to get more revenue. To suspend the most popular player in the entire game (for what exactly?) would seem to be a backward move by the NFL.

To bring it up again, suspending Puka for an alleged biting incident (some reports even suggested she asked him to) and let Rice play a full season is unfathomably insane.

The fact that Pukas team has not come out and said this is a flat out lie, and chalked it up to horseplay is an indication that it happened.

Devante Adams has pretty much said Puka is such a good dude that if you do not like him something is wrong with you.
Getting big time drunk in public is not a smart move for any of us. How many of us have gotten blasted and did not remember things we did or why we did them ?
I stopped drinking years ago and do not have to worry about any of that crap anymore.
Puka has a lot to lose. Give it up, you will be better off.

I quit drinking 30 years ago. I can't tell you how many times I got behind the wheel in the 80's after having too much to drink. How I never got a DUI is beyond me. Just dumb luck I guess. Whatever stupid stuff I did back then wouldn't get me sued. I had nothing to sue for. Puka does.

guys, trying to avoid opening a can of worms but I don't think the suspension would be just for the bite

These are all great points, with the possible exception being, his attorney admitted it happened but characterized it as "horseplay" and "a temporary mark."

If this is the motivation behind whether or not to suspend, then maybe they will cut the baby in half and suspend 1 of them. Then they can point to the suspension as proof they aren't favoring them.
 
Puka drank too much on New Year's Eve and got carried away. He had a moment of poor judgment; it seems to have been just a momentary incident. The Rams can overcome a one-game suspension. Things like this get a bit overexposed for pro athletes and entertainment people.

I stand behind it.
I did not stop drinking because I could not control it. No DUIs or huge issues.
What happened is I got real sick very fast. Could not keep anything down, out of both holes as they say. So dehydrated I went to the doctor on the first day of it.
Doc told me do not drink alcohol or eat meat for awhile. So I did and felt better overall . It took me 2 weeks to eat a tiny bit of chicken. I never understood people who do not eat meat either. But I do now, I kinda get them.
Went back to eating barbeque and all that. Just no beers ect.
Once you get past looking forward to that beer at 5 most days its fine.
I know many who ruined their lives from it, we all do.
Not condemning anything. You do you.

I miss old school guys like Faulk who were just dicks in the club and impregnated a lot of women. Mostly behind closed doors. You know, normal stuff.

Tom Brady is part owner of a team and Fox’s lead color analyst. He does content with Logan Paul.

It’s not my cup of tea, but this was part of a larger Fanatics event that Puka was at. Unless he said something incendiary in the interview, this is a nothing burger.

Well - in some sense ?

Puka being suspended will hurt NFL Fantasy people early in the season if that happens for sure.

Davanta Adams numbers will go up tremendously though.He probably gets another 10 Td’s easily?? Plus 13 personnel will be on display early & often until he gets back.

If freaking Alaric Jackson gets suspended it’s TOTALLY BS !!!
I come from a point of view that ??? Better left unsaid. Not under scoring what happened.There is a fine point though.The NFL won’t see it eye for eye.
