Helpful think think of LBs as MLB and WLB.
Reeder is depth for MLB and Landman.
Dolac is depth WLB and Speights.
Pooh didn't have the chops at MLB in both knowledge of defense (needs to be able to call game) and ability to take on blockers or hit that hole to beat out Reeder and if Dolac wasn't around we might have kept him.

IMO he is the same ol’ same ol’.
What makes you think it’s not ? Isn’t his last year on his contract as well ? I’ll say he doesn’t end the 2025 season as a starter.
Joesph Noteboom was a player I always thought would be able to hold up.I remember Roger Saffold & how he finished his career.
-It’s nice that The Rams finally addressed The Offensive Line.It is a the expense of maybe having a future LT,but Alaric just signed a 3 year contract SO there’s time to develop a OT later.

It’s not easy,but evaluation are what they are.We all have our own opinions.Don’t think to far off to have said he is an NFL player that will help a team.
The Rams play Zachary Thomas who is a backup LT that was a Ram.
Talk about a horrible decision to put him at LT.Why not move Noteboom from guard to LT.AJ was never a LT at all,who at first thought had upside.He could block in 1 on 1 offense,but make him think is totally different.
What I see in KT is a play that can read a defense & hold an edge vs DE,OLB’s,& smaller blitzers.Inenjoyed watching how comfortable he was & saw the field.That will relate to getting on the grass as a 2nd year NFL player who was injured in 2024.
Yeah, everyone is always wanting to get rid of same ol' same ol'. But he's reliable.
Maybe they should continue with him until he starts showing signs of being unreliable.
He will be a free agent after this year but a short 2-3 year extension might be good. Who do we have that would replace him as a starter this season?

The BEAUTY of The RAMS is they care for there PLAYERS FIRST & FORMOST as PEOPLE!!
SEAN MCVAY has sort of changed his Slogan to WE with Me first that makes US better as humans & a TEAM !! - made that up in away,but that is The Jest of it.
Sean Mcvay has found his way through his heart & compassion towards people from the people.
Les Snead is Kool like that.He brings this personah about The Players.The SCOUTS look for a TYPE of Person & a player.
The Rams coaching staff builds such tight relationships with The(RAMS)Players.
Anyways WE saw it as TOO EXAMPLES !! If you LOOK AT MY POST through The 2024 SEASON there were 2 players I wanted back from The START!! Well I did buy in at FIRST,only because I thought MCVAY knew what he was doing.
Anyway not going deep into it.
Ahkello & Shelton are such good players to have in there group.
Mcvay sees that NOW better than before IMO ??? You know I eat & sleep The Rams.
-Big Rob means SO much to the O”Line group.-Shelton to the group continuing John Sullivans veteran leadership w/Whit which created The Rams Culture under Sean Mcvay who was Younger then these veteran players.Zak was there under his father.
-Stafford to the QB room with Jimmy G taking it all in.Here learned from The goat.Stetson getting that experience .
-Ahkello (D.Will) Durant helped Forbes. They’ll have a bunch of practice squad guys.
-Puka - letting Adams lead the WR group

Demoff always paid players to a fault.You look at Mcvay trading Van,Cam,EJ53 just to keep culture.

He got both shoulders cleaned out in the off-season. If he comes back completely healthy and has a productive season I can definitely see a short term extension for him. It would be nice if we WEREN'T forced into taking an OT early next year. Would obviously love to see the QB (of McVays choice) and 1st round corner next year. Really would like to add some real talent at CB to enhance our pass rush.

Well Quessenberry is 35,SO you got me there ? Big Rob 33.Amyways I’ve watched Havenstien his whole career.If I recall right he had a holding call against Detroit 23 & a false start 24.Those were The Rams last chances to win a Super Bowl each season. I’m not bagging on him,except he has always had trouble against the speed rush.He gets that first step shuffle & then that’s it.KT at least from the LT spot handle it well.It’s a small sample size of evaluating a player cs. Weaker Comp.He’s gone SO no worries.
When I saw Dallas Warren was a field across from me playing LT.He looked good.There was no Parson in the 100.He was there talking to Big Whit & some Cowboys? Anyways did think Warren was a good choice at starting LT.Never saw much of KT.Humpries wasn’t playing from what I saw & Alaric Jackson wasn’t dressed for the scrimmage.
-The future is Warren at RT,he is going to have to be signed to an extension soon.He is still only 24 which is younger than KT & Bowles.AJ Arcuri is 28 on the practice squad.Alaric 27 & in his Prime.
From my account is Big Rob has his 3 or 4 girls & loves being a father first.He is committed to The Rams,but I see him stepping away.He wants 1 last run,but if he wasn’t signed he probably walks away.His heart from football is fading quickly.

As far as CB goes.
My story on Ahkello will never change.He was wearing #23 at first & Kyren was an unknown 22(2022).
Actually he was at UCI making a name for himself 2023.So was Whiterspoon though.No one knew who he was while watching him.I’d say you see 23,or watch 23,or do you know who 23 is? He balled out.
He has earned his spot.
He has helped mentor Emmanuel Forbes who is going to START & make a name for himself.The dude is the true deal.
Durant has his contract year & D. Williams is a stud.He’ll probably be on Special Teams as well as in on certain running downs.
