He's been awfully quiet this year outside of that INT he caught off his helmet. What the heck happened? It's almost like he's not even the same player he was a year ago.

It's a breath of fresh air that he's shut down his opponents so much that I don't have to go all Jared Cook on him on the message boards! Nice to see him progress into the player we needed and thought we were getting!

And of course it's his contract year.

He has been much better than he has been given credit for over the last few years. People only think of him when a big play happens and he is the closest player - but we know it can be difficult to piece together what the assignements were supposed to be on those plays. He is a top 10 CB in the league and is knocking on the top 5 door.

Lost in Jenkins' amazing play is the play of McLeod. The communication between them seems to have greatly improved. It is making both players look 10x better. No more blown coverage with both players looking at each other in bewilderment as to what went wrong.

Resigning both these guys should be our priority above all others this off season.
A D backfield of Jenkins, Johnson, Gaines, Joyner and Roberson at CB with McDonald, Barron (resigned) and Mcleod at Safety would give the Rams an excellent and deep group of DBs. These resigning would eat up most of their cap space but it will be worth it. Keeping Hayes is right up there too.

Hayes
Jonson
Mccleod
Barron should be our absolute priorities this offseason.
