Probably Fiske, I would also say our Dline rotation would be fucking insane if AD came back. I would also assume AD would be on a pitch count every game if he were to play during the regular season. Gotta keep him fresh.
That has to be one of the selling points to AD. Not only are you going to play with Garrett, but we also have enough depth where we aren’t going to burn the tread off your tires. Fewer double teams and less snaps overall means we get the freshest possible AD on every snap he’s out there.

Normally I would be a little skeptical with how much a 35 year old who hasn't played in two years could contribute. But we're talking about a guy who is always in elite shape. Plus, two less years of wear and tear on the body. That 35 age could be closer to 32. Just having him out there makes opposing teams want to double him because they don't wanna take a chance. Which would give Garrett that many more opportunities. Or they double Garrett and leave Donald one on one. Or double both and leave Kobie, Fiske or Young opportunities. It does open up more things with just Aaron's presence.

All true. That's why it comes with an unspoken disclaimer "if they remain healthy"........."they'll win the Super Bowl".
Thank you, of course the, without major injuries to key players. With reasonable health we have perhaps the highest odds of winning the Super Bowl ever.
AD would not actually come back unless he knew he still had what it took to play at or close to his high level of play.
Now, this keeps getting better. I can dream right, say the 26 Rams run the table and take home the Lombardi while they are at it.
Not lose a game. And AD figures he had so much fun doing it he might as well play 27 too, Stafford's last year under contract.
Hell, if we had a better kicker all of last year the Championship game is in LA and the Patriots are not beating us. Same deal in 24. How close were were to being back to back SB champs right now is nuts. And we just got a LOT BETTER.
If AD does this, can you imagine the look of abject FEAR in the eyes of Darnold and Purdy when they come to the line and look around at what awaits them when the ball is snapped on a 3rd and 16 !
Another thing, I am a 4-3 guy. I think we have to go back to some version of it now. We thought our D line at the end of the St Louis Rams ( I barfed in my mouth a little typing that) with 4 first round picks on the D line was good. This one would be light years better.

Young, Turner, Donald, Garrett.....if they double team who they should double team....they're only going to have 3 WR and a RB to throw to.......or 2 WR, a TE and a RB.....and not as much time to throw as they'd like. Since we're all selecting the option "I can dream, can't I", I'd suggest the defense would rival the 85 Bears, who allowed 20 or more points in just 3 games. Maybe even be better than the 85 Bears.

Opening day vs Tampa (28 pts)
Week 3 vs Minnesota (24 pts)

After the Vikings game, the last 16 games of the season (counting postseason), they allowed 38 to Marino and the Dolphins and 111 pts in the other 15 games. 7.4 PPG. 7.4.

Almost as impressive as the Rams holding the Seahawks to -7 total yards in 1979.
