I kinda agree with Orlovsky….if he does come back it probably won’t be until October, November. Give himself two-ish months to get his feet under him and into game shape for the playoff run.
I'd say let him play the whole season so he actually gels with the D linemen room. Doesn't mean he needs to be out there every play but rotate him and adjust accordingly based on what AD shows in the tank.

I don't think he should come back, even if it's only for a year.
Disagree on this one, Mems.

What a freaking joyride it would be for Ram fans to witness AD's swan song.

I for one wouldn't care if he wasn't as utterly dominating. He'd still show flashes of his old brilliance. And frankly, the media circus would be fun.

I hope AD chooses whatever he thinks is best. But as a fan, no doubt I'd LOVE to see him return.

Holy shit!!!!!!!

Kinda makes sense that staying in such extreme football shape would include some kind of outlet or purpose, at least in the back of your mind.

If slowing down is being injured and then still having a following season where you’re producing 8 sacks while beating triple teams and being rotated out is slowing down, then sign me up. A “slowed down” Aaron Donald is still the best interior lineman on the team

A slowed down Aaron Donald is better than 95 per cent at least of the current interior linemen in the league.

I hope Donald stays retired. He was starting to slow a bit toward the end. I don't want a "Dream Team". Those teams always seem to crash and burn.
Are you POSITIVE........................ you are actually a Rams fan ?

Im going go out and say it, hes obviously coming back. No way you send out this much smoke just to stay retired.
It sure seems that way. And he doesn't need to be a star or a full time player. A rotational role early. Maybe even keep him inactive early on so he's fresh for the playoffs.
