I was hoping we'd get to see some Westbrooks after how dominant he was in the preseason, oh well..

It's interesting to look around the league and see all the OL and QB that I wanted the Rams to draft are inactive today.
 
I know it's only the first game, but Mason's stock is quickly dropping. When he was drafted there was talk of him possibly starting. Now he is behind Watts and Reynolds. Again it is early, but this draft class is starting to draw questions. I guess that now we actually have real talent on the roster our rookies will struggle by comparison.

He's the youngest guy on the leagues youngest team. I'm not worried.

I'm not worrying. I'm just making an observation. There was talk of him starting this year over Stacy and first game in he is not active while another rookie is active.
 
That why talk is cheap.

I don't think I've ever seen weaker blocking than some I've seen him do,I know people talk about it being a learning process and all ,but it ain't rocket surgery and ONCE in position to do it,which is where Mason was on one particular instance THEN it's just willingness and he folded pathetically.
I desperately want the kid to succeed cuz he's got all the physical ability to be a dynamic player ,but IMO his head is gonna have to get right

Hope he responds well to this humbling experience. A good humbling may be what he needs.
