Hypothetical Goff for Watson? Yay or nay?

I also prefer pocket passers. But with the ability to move around the pocket. I think we have our QB. I'm skeptical of Watson if he's forced to stay in the pocket. I'll be curious to see how year 2 for Lamar Jackson will be. Another mobile QB, but questionable ability in the pocket.

You know I hear this a lot and even use it myself. But I don’t know if I’ve ever fully understood the “keep him in the pocket” mantra. I get they like to move around but isn’t a clean pocket the easiest to throw out of? You wouldn’t say that about Goff. Teams want to get him off the spot and running around.

I stand by what I said. running QBs suck the life out of your team. Its all about "Them". Kappertat, Vick, V Young and the rest. Most are a dumb as a box of hammers anyway.

Aaron Rodgers, Russell Wilson and Mahomes have all won SB, seems like your issue is with QB's that arent very good.
Desean Watson is a heck of a passer.
That said, I wouldnt trade Goff for any other QB
I'd consider trading him for Mahomes, but Kansas City would have to offer a couple first rounders too
