He should have made the pro bowl in 2015. He played like a top 5 corner but was ousted by Sherman who had 3 INT over Johnsons 7.

I agree, he was really good. Contract year. Which is essentially what this upcoming season is.

Same here, the Rams are not going to be in the playoffs with him, the money could have been used somewhere else. That coin could have added depth and this team could use that especially since they are going from a 4-3 to a 3-4. Getting a LB and a guy who can play on the OL would have been better for this team. He's obviously wanted to test free agency because there has been zero news about any real negotiations.

it's quite unbelievable they couldn't get one of them signed long term last year.

Get used to it. Like I keep saying the new rookie cap is making the landscape shift in ways the players can use to leverage teams more than ever.

Not going to beat up the Ram Org. on this situation. It was a tough spot we were in. Some very hard decisions had to be made where you end up going with the best of a several very bad situations/issues.Its obvious that this was a gamble this Org. was willing to take that would work out in other units in McVay.

I selected 3 previous past posts of mine that conveys my thoughts on this situation.Bottom line this will be Trumaine's last season in a Ram uni.
