Tie game at the half and we get the ball 1st. You wouldn't know we were right in this game from this thread though.

The issue is it has taken 3 turnovers to accomplish that. We could possibly be down by 2 or 3 TDs otherwise. If we have to rely on 3 more turnovers to keep it close in the 2nd half we in big trouble...

I will say we are lucky to be tied. I honestly did not expect that midway through the 2nd quarter minutes ago. Now they can work on whatever changes they need to slow Allen down. The only thing that has stopped the Bills was their mistakes. I think the second half might be a tight one. One of those stressful halves that are rough on the liver.

Half time thoughts:

• Some expected sloppiness.
• Haven't been too happy with Morris's game plan thus far. But the adjustments in the latter half of the second quarter seemed better.
• Troy Hill with a grown man play.
• Terrell Lewis has played well so far.
• OL looking questionable. Bills have a great DL, and we're breaking in two new starters, so it's not surprising.
• Was expecting to see more from Allen Robinson.
• Feel happy we're tied. Could have easily been down a couple scores.

It's pretty ugly. I at least thought the pass pro would be okay, but wow.... I don't like our QB getting pounded so much when it's only the first half of game 1.

Arguably Fisher's biggest shortcoming was his shitty choices at offensive coordinator

Pass protection has been poor. Robinson is not a burner or a short and quick route specialist. The offensive line might be handicapping McVay's ability to utilize Robinson. We shall see as the season progresses. If so, that is a serious problem.
