Had a pasta and meatball fund fund raiser at my church today...so nothing special for the early game.

Went to a garlic festival yesterday, so wifey making clam and garlic pizzas for dinner as we speak

Never knew there were so many different varieties of garlic. Bought 4 bags of different types. Favorite is "bogatyr" a species from Russia

I smoked a pork shoulder... 14 hours... made some killer pulled pork.

Had to deliver a big plate of it to my skin loving neighbor. He and his wife loved it.

We'll get em next week !
