Full Circle?

Became a fan in 67 season when the Rams blocked Donnie Andersons punt and 3 plays later Roman Gabriel hit Bernie Casey in the back of the end zone and the rest was history.
Went to a Dr's office while living in NY with my mom the following Thursday and there were the Rams on the cover and the article inside showed pictures of the Rams recovering the fumble and also of the TD pass.
Those white uniforms and those Helmut's, I was hooked for life.

Now living in S Florida and unbelievably my son grew up rooting for the Packers after watching the Rams GSOT team playoff loss to the Panthers where he could have gone either way lol. He fell for Rodgers and the Pack mystique. We went to Lambeau in the 2021 season in one of the great road trips. Rams lost but we got the last laugh winning the Super Bowl.

Now the Rams bring back the fearsome whites one game only and it is at home against, you guessed it, the Packers. Problem is it's Thanksgiving eve.

Trying to convince my son to make the day trip on Wednesday morning and catch the red eye home in time for TG dinner where we have about 18 people.
Big trip, big expense but only one chance to relive that game that made me a fan.
