Yeah, the fan throwing a baseball at Verdugo falls into the whole "I need my ass kicked by the player" category. That's worse than most of the things; it could've actually caused significant damage to Verdugo.

The fan has been banned from all major league stadiums, but honestly, assault charges should've been fired. That shit has no place in civilized society.

The banned for life response is weak IMO. That guy should get basic assault charges and pay a hefty fine. Crap, I have money to go to games but enjoy my big screen and recliner to crowds any day of the week. What a bogus response to a dirt bag act.
