Brian Baldinger: Eagles should put a bounty on Ezekiel Elliott

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell made clear that bounties will not be tolerated when he cracked down on the Saints in 2012. So it will be interesting to see how the NFL reacts to an NFL employee urging a team putting a bounty on one of the NFL’s brightest young stars.
That’s what happened when NFL Network analyst Brian Baldinger appeared on 97.5 The Fanatic and said that on Sunday, the Eagles’ defense should be trying to injure Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.
“This is the guy that that we’ve got to hurt,” Baldinger said of Elliott. “This is the guy that we’ve got to take out of the game. There’s got to be 10 guys that want to hurt him every single play. In fact, we may even put a little bounty on Ezekiel Elliott.”
Baldinger also echoed a favorite phrase of Gregg Williams during the Saints bounty scandal.
“You want to cut off the head to kill the body, that’s the guy you’ve got to get to,” Baldinger said.
Baldinger accused Elliott of “arrogance” for the way he dressed at the NFL draft and said Elliott “bugs me.” And Baldinger said he’d like to see the Eagles’ defense take umbrage at Elliott, too.
“This is the guy you’ve got to take out. That’s the guy you’ve got to eliminate,” Baldinger said.
Baldinger was an NFL offensive lineman for 11 seasons with the Cowboys, Colts and Eagles. When Baldinger was playing in the 1980s and 1990s, those sentiments may have been commonplace. But in today’s NFL, those sentiments have no place.
Misguided? No.The police chief claims this dumbass is "just misguided." Right! He only wanted attention. That's taking narcissism to a new level.

Police: Wannabe weatherman set fire to gain Facebook views
BY JEFF MARTIN AND REBECCA REYNOLDS YONKER/Associated Press
ATLANTA - A wannabe weatherman was jailed for arson after admitting he started a wildfire to draw attention to his selfie videos on Facebook, his town's police chief said Friday. Meanwhile, a Georgia sheriff appealed for help identifying the driver of a dark blue SUV last seen where other wildfires began. And in North Carolina, authorities suspect arson in more than 20 wildfires burning in a national forest.
"It's really too bad because he's not a bad kid — he's just misguided," said James Stephens, the police chief in Jenkins, Kentucky, where Johnny Mullins, 21, was arrested this week on a second-degree arson charge.
"He likes to do Facebook videos and have people follow him on his 'weather forecast,' so that's pretty much why he did what he did," the chief said. "He enjoyed the attention he got from the Facebook stuff."
"He didn't realize how much danger he was putting other people in," Stephens added.
My dad had one in his Peterbuilt.Judging from his pic, it appears the air horn got to this dumbass as well.

Man Accused of Terrorizing El Segundo Residents With Air Horn
By Heather Navarro

John W. Nuggent, accused of blaring an extremely loud air horn at all hours of the night, was arrested by El Segundo police Sunday, Nov. 13, 2016
An air horn that sounds like a train has been terrorizing the residents of El Segundo for weeks, but police in the Southern California city have just arrested a man in connection with the noise — with air horn equipment inside his car, they say.
The bust came early Sunday at 4 a.m. — around the time many of the alarmingly loud incidents would occur.
"The sound is like a train coming through the neighborhood," said El Segundo Police Lt. Ray Garcia.
The noise has been plaguing residents on the west side of the city for weeks. Police have received numerous reports of an extremely loud air horn going off before residents spot a getaway car, a blue four-door sedan driven by a man.
Oftentimes, officers couldn't catch the air horn blower because the person would blare the horn and then "beat feet," police said. At times, officers on the east side of town could hear the noise and would hurry over, only to find that the perpetrator had taken off.
Sunday morning, officers once again heard the noise, then made a traffic stop at Grand Avenue and Main Street directly after. In a blue 2006 Chevrolet Aveo, they spotted air horn equipment inside the car, police said.
The commotion drew several residents from their homes, claiming they were victims of the air horn aggravator. They initiated a citizen's arrest, according to El Segundo police.
John W. Nuggent was then taken into custody by police, police said. He was booked at El Segundo jail on a misdemeanor charge of suspicion of disturbing the peace and his car, with horn inside, was impounded.
Garcia said the air horn aggravator has been sounding his horn almost every single night.
"He's been doing this for weeks, and we've been chasing him for weeks — but we got him," Garcia said.
Garcia said they aren't exactly sure why the man allegedly has an "ax to grind," but believe that he thinks someone in the area has wronged him in some way, and this is his way of getting back at them.
Florida continues its quest to be the King/Queen of the dumbass states.

Florida Woman Accused of Shooting at House Guests Who Stayed Too Long
![]()
A Florida woman who thought her house guests overstayed their welcome was arrested after she shot one of them, authorities said.
Alana Annette Savell, 32, was arrested Monday on a charge of aggravated battery with a firearm, Bay County Sheriff's Office officials said.
A woman told authorities that she had gone to Savell's home with a friend. Savell said they started drinking and were getting too loud, and said she didn't want them in her home.
Savell armed herself with a handgun and started shooting at their feet from the doorway of the home, officials said.

The woman was hit in the legs and was taken to a hospital for treatment. Savell's boyfriend was also hit in the leg with a bullet during the shooting, authorities said.
The boyfriend allegedly told authorities that he told Savell that if someone is told to leave their property three times, she is to get the gun and shoot it at the ground. If that doesn't work, she's supposed to shoot them in the leg.
Savell was booked into jail. It's unknown if she's hired an attorney.
I'm more of a tie a string from the tooth to the door knob and slam the door shut kind of guy. Less risk of ripping out a tooth not ready to be pulled out.Our Thanksgiving dumbass of the day is...video at the link.

Who needs the dentist? Enterprising dad yanks out his son's tooth by attaching some string to his CAR
By DAILYMAIL.COM REPORTER
- Video shows the little boy with string attached to his tooth and his father's Audi S5 in a suburban cul-de-sac
- The father then revs and takes off, ripping the tooth from his son's mouth
- Boy is seen crying as he runs to fetch the tooth from the street
- Many have expressed shock at the video and its cruelty
This is the (slightly unnerving) moment a US father decided to pull out one of his son's front teeth by using his car.
Video of the unconventional extraction has been met with mixed feelings, after it appeared on the website Live Leak this week and went viral.
While many viewers - mostly men - applauded the approach as funny and innocuous, others thought it cruel and unnecessary.
The video shows a boy standing on a driving at the end of a cul-de-sac. His tooth has been attached by string to the back of his father's Audi S5.
The man rolls down the window and starts to countdown as the engine revs.
The boy's mother is then heard telling him to 'open your mouth'.
The father then takes off down the street, and the boy can be heard letting out a yelp. He then screams out 'my toothy' as he runs out onto the street looking for the tooth that has just been ripped out of his mouth by a car.
As the mother, who is filming, approaches him with the camera, the boy appears to be crying.

However he opens his mouth to show that the tooth was removed, revealing both his two front teeth are missing.

Many viewers expressed outrage at what appears to be a frightening exercise to put a child through.
One said: 'If you need a car to pull it out.... it might not be ready to come out.'
Another commented online: 'I know it's harmless but it's somehow just not right and I feel bad for the kid having possibly s**** parents.'
A third said: 'Gotta make that overpriced car payment somehow, poor kid.'
The father is not named in the video upload and it is unclear where the footage was taken, but it is believed to be in the US.
