It's odd how these things work out. My grandmother was a lifelong Cubs fans. She passed away in December right after the end of the 2014 season. Poor timing I guess. :)

it was only somewhat wrong. They still made the playoffs which is rare and teased the possibility.
they have historically the 5th best winning percentage so they dont actually suck. They make money being a popular cable station WGN and going to a cubs game is a tourist attraction. Its not a franchise thats hurting
