The problem with the bell cow is if he gets hurt, there’s a huge drop off.

Why ? The Rams are not in that position. If the top guy gets hurt there are 2 other talented guys.

By all accounts, Hunter is a quick study in absorbing & assimilating offensive details. So he may hit the field quicker and more frequently than most rookie RBs under the McVay regime. As always the key issue for the Leprechaun is the following:

Sean (to Hunter): "If I allow you on the football field in a real game, will Matthew remain healthy with respect to your pass protection efforts? You see, we are trying to complete a successful Super Bowl run here."

I was responding negatively to the use of a Rams bell cow RB. Committed seems the smarter approach.
