The Immaculate Exception
So it was Carberrys fault for the OL woes? Hmmmm, I see a lot of people gone yet we still have the same strength & conditioning coach? I guess, but come on something seems amiss with this…
They had nowhere to go but up with how bad Bonamego was lol.The STs improved when he arrived.
I don't personally blame him but that's just me. I think he did well with guys like Shelton and Anchrum but we saw the decline of Bobby Evans, if there was every any high point for him. Also I think Edwards stagnated or got worse in addition to his injuries. I'm very curious where he goes from here if he goes with another big college name like Carberry was or if he goes retread or new guy in the NFL. I know people want Callahan but he has that job we'd have to give him Browns asst head coach role which would be interesting and he has a good OL to coach in Cleveland so I really don't think he's realistic. So it was Carberrys fault for the OL woes? I don't know why they'd want to keep him. And yes they get no comp picks if Leftwich gets a HC job though I'm not sure he'll get one. Jags dodged a bullet btw taking Pederson over him IMO.An attempt to keep Brady in Tampa? And by firing him now, don't they forfeit any comp picks they might otherwise accrue?
Amazing. Leftwich removed himself from consideration for that HC job 1-year ago, now he's fired.I don't know why they'd want to keep him. And yes they get no comp picks if Leftwich gets a HC job though I'm not sure he'll get one. Jags dodged a bullet btw taking Pederson over him IMO.
Brady got older, their Oline had injuries and couldn’t protect him. This is truly a scapegoat move. He was a top 10 OC the past few years. What changed??
Bruce Arians was the brains of the operationThis is truly a scapegoat move. He was a top 10 OC the past few years. What changed??
Like dieter said he was a product of Arians imo. This is truly a scapegoat move. He was a top 10 OC the past few years. What changed??

Yeah I figured he'd dodge the axe due to the injuries. This is a good example of the NFL not being fair I think. Though maybe he had some really dumb opinions and stances on shit behind the scenes. So much goes on that we don't see it's a guessing game to grasp the hows and whys on this stuff.Kinda surprised that Carberry was let go. His O Line coaching was excellent in our SB run and I actually thought he did a decent job this year in spite of all of the OL injuries.
I hope McVay has a hot name ready to grab the position 'cuz we don't need any apprentices trying to learn on the job. We gotta hit the ground running next year with a smoothly functioning and physical O line.
