But Jared's accuracy has been an issue all season long. He's got some mechanical stuff going on he needs to fix IMO.

I agree, but mechanics can be fixed with a good QB coach.

The OL however is not going to be as easy fix.

Rookie of the year even with his low spots has to be Rapp. The OLine guys have also been up and down. Henderson was a non-factor like Long.
Coach of the year I'm going to give to young man Shula. The LB have been pretty good this year especially the edge guys.
