"According to Elias Sports Bureau research, the Rams are only the fourth team since 1950 to score 50 points after entering that game averaging under 17 points (minimum of 10 games played prior to scoring 50)."

At this point, Kendrick can't cover in zone or man. He lacks the burst to close when he plays the zone style that Morris wants. When covering in man he is simply outrun. They would be better with an extra safety than Kendrick, but he's Morris' guy so he's played but he has a lousy attitude. His play is very much like Marcus Peters. Unless he can make it a splash play he's not interested. At least Peters had speed. Kendrick thinks he's better than he actually is. One game of watching him was all I needed to see and it's been borne out that is who he is.

If Morris gets fired or hired away, the replacement guy hopefully will say fuck to this kid and cut him. Rochell was the starter and playing well before he got hurt. Then Morris used it as an excuse to bury him. I hate how Morris plays favorites with his personnel. There is no way Rochell plays worse than Kendrick. That kind of shit alone should get Morris fired.

Hoecht was AD's understudy at 3T with the idea he was going to replace AD when he retired. But Morris suddenly moves him to DE?

I believe that is a farce!! I’ve been watching RR31 & would be right with you if I thought he had any upside.

IMO RR31 will(should like Bobby Evans) get cut next season & maybe be a practice squad guy like Jake Gervase. I don’t know how cutting draft picks work though? I guess like every other player now that I look at it.His contract though has value if cut?

However it is is he just can’t tackle. His special teams plays seems poor. I could be to early to judge, but he is a disappointment non the less.
Maybe but I saw Rochelle play man well in his rookie season and had high hopes for him

I could be wrong and that was the ceiling of his play but he hasn't once played man to man this year.

He has only played zone and he just is not good at that.

Durant's obviously a keeper, ... hoping Kendricks can still be developed into something, he's a young rookie who was drafted #212 overall. I suspect we'll be drafting another CB for 2023 competition.

Akers is our RB1 and Williams our RB2, the Rams can draft a big back to replace Malcolm Brown without using a lot of capital. An inexpensive RB4 should be easy to find in free agency. What I don't want in 2023 is more bickering in the draft room over snaps.

Fix the OL and our RB's will be fine. jmo.
Our o line is finally starting to gel even though we have some second rate players.

But they are veterans that have stuck around for a reason.

I suggested multiple times that they needed to start inserting these veterans a lot earlier.

One of the reasons these guys have stuck around like Skura Skura, Aboushi and Nsheke is because they don't get injured that often or for long periods of time.

Veterans will gel a lot faster than Rooks or second year players that don't get many practice snaps.

I just worry about his lack of size and physicality. He's a true liability in the run game, imo. But.. he can mirror and play the ball like a motherfucker.
Agreed on this. Durant might be too small to play on the outside. Maybe as a dime CB on clear passing plays or as a slot guy. I love his ball skills but his tackling could be an issue.

Just a lot of fun to watch on XMAS day with my son and even the rest of the fam were watching some as well.

Planned dinner at 4PM EST so we'd be done by kickoff...and we made it!

I'm 2-0 this year when watching the game with my son. We'll be watching the Chargers game on Sunday!!

Merry XMAS everyone!
