meaningless touchdown out of the victory-formation

That's the thing, they did it out of victory formation. If you want to go for the td at least have the decency to show the defense you mean business.

I would cut Jameis Winston’s ass 5 minutes after the game for pulling that bullshit.

Clean out your fucking locker and hit the road asshole.

Mr. I-Steal-Crab-Legs-and-Eat-W's would be gone in a New York heartbeat and reamed up the fucking ass like he did to that woman, if I were coach.

Of course, I'm not Dennis Allen, who is apparently used to running a shitshow; he sucked with the Raiders, never showed that he had the guts to deal with malcontent players himself (unlike McVay, who will jettison your ass into the sun if you're a malcontent), and didn't deserve the Saints job (unlike Raheem Morris, who certainly deserves a job after being put in a bad situation and rebuilding himself).

If you ever wondered why Winston never put it together.. just watch the interview exchange he had with a reporter after yesterday's game.

The guy obviously has some personality quirks that were not going to be overcome.

Idk. I'm a fan of running up the score (I do it in Madden lol)

But seriously kneeling the ball at the 2...nah go ahead and rub salt in their wounds. However, I agree don't use Victory Formation, st least line up for a real play

With all the HC vacancies if Morris doesn't land a HC gig next year he never will.
This is probably correct. And he certainly would deserve it after his performance this year IMO. Morris has coached by far his best year as a Ram this campaign. What he has done with this young defence is very impressive, to the point he has won me over. I considered him the definition of mediocre previously. Extremely replaceable. I do now see him as a net positive. Enough that I'd prefer him to two 3rd round comp picks? No. Especially with how the Rams can mine the mid-to-late rounds of a draft for very good talent. But he's a good DC.

I freaking love Jameis Winston. He has been nonstop entertainment since college. Stealing crab legs and then saying it was because he thought he had any agreement. Dude. Eating w’s? That shit is still hilarious. Even since being relegated to backup, the guy still finds a way to bring the funny. I honestly hope he plays another decade. Obviously not for the Rams, but the dude cannot just be not be funny. He’s a goldmine.

No coach on the staff, or any staff, other than a HC is worth 2 3rd round picks.

Agreed. Also and btw it will be funny when he has a hard time finding a backup job and the media types are freaking out and wondering why that is.
They shouldn’t . He was the same way at FSU.

On a couple other notes I suspect Vrabel is on his way out in Tennessee. Multiple reasons for that one but I'll bet it happens.

Also if the Cowboys don't make the big dance Jerruh will fire McCarthy. I think Jerruh is tired of underperforming in the playoffs and he ain't getting any younger.

No way he’s out after this year. He put up with years of mediocre football before McCarthy came around. Regardless of the outcome, I suspect he will get more than three seasons to prove he’s a good hire

Petey out in Seattle is a bit of a surprise but could be just a move into the F.O

Titans just gift-wrapped the Pats a new head coach
Vrabel is no Belichick. Cheating aside the guy had a long history as DC of shutting down epic offenses in big games. Vrabel was always mediocre as a coach and that was true of him running the whole show too. I'll give him that he ended up doing better than I expected, but I doubt the Pats see him as a good enough option.

My guess is the Pats swoop on Harbaugh.

Damn. I wanted his ineptitude to stay at the Seahawks helm, for another decade. After he had some great drafts following his college experience, the magic slowly ran out. He went through a number of coordinators and never seemed to get a handle on the more modern offenses.

He is staying on in an advisory role. So he could still possibly sabotage a few more of their seasons while looking over the new coaches shoulder.

His new position's probably under the owner's desk. That old silver fox bastid.

Eberflus is safe though I'd can him and start new with a new QB taken #1. This tells me they'll be bad and won't take a QB then a new HC will go into his 2nd year and have to start over at QB with somebody who might not be as good and a year later will be fired and the team will be cycling coaches with a rookie QB and ruin another player. But hey it's the Bears.
