I am really starting to hate Amazon. Almost willing to cancel my subscription but there are a couple shows that I still watch.

Fallout is one of them.

But them cancelling Wheel of Time Halo and a couple other shows have really pissed me off. Netflix too for that matter.
I have Prime for the shopping aspect and being able to watch Sporting events, but if its a show or a movie on AP I prefer to watch on a bootleg streaming service because I abhor commercials

Really looking forward to this , I grew up with the original

I love period pieces and really enjoy most modern shows involving the westward expansion of the US. Hell on Wheels, Deadwood, etc. Pioneers fascinate me, the bravery, ingenuity, and fortitude it had to take is astounding. The original was a bit hokey but liked it as a kid. Hoping this is as good as it looks.

Melissa Gilbert is a couple years older then me , so defiantly grew up watching the show , same with The Waltons , I probably wasn't really old enough at the time , to really care about the actual stories

but as a little kid ,was fascinated by both shows , the time periods

I didn't watch the shows as much as I got older , just had other things to do....................lol

but I have gone back and watched both shows in reruns over the years

the new show is suppose to be more accurate to the books then the originals series ever was

but unlike the original series were they had like 25 episodes a season , were many were filler episodes

I imagine the new series , will probably only have about 8-10 episodes per season , like most steaming have these days

they trailers and stuff look good , so , now I wait and see how much they woke it up

it has already been renewed for a season two

I hope they at least get to the book , The Long Winter , would love to see that entire book made into one season
