Have to say, Season 2 of Night Agent was pretty terrible

Not as good as the first season. But it seems watchable so far. I'm halfway through the season. The Recruit season 2 is on Netflix now. After Night Agent I'll start watching that one. But I wanna skim through the first season to refresh my memory in case there is carryover from the first season.

There's a couple good limited series political thrillers on Netflix. Treason and Bodyguard. Bodyguard has the same guy from Night Agent. Treason has Charlie Cox. I liked him in Daredevil. When they had those Marvel Defender series I'd rate The Punisher as 1A and Daredevil as 1b as far as my favorites. Jessica Jones was pretty good too. Didn't care much for Iron Fist or Luke Cage.

Thanks for the correction. They do look similar to each other. Haven't watched Recruit season 2 yet. I want to finish Night Agent and skim through season one for a couple days. I tend to forget what happened in the previous season. I also heard there are plans for a season 3 with Night Agent.

Depends on your taste. I'm not quite done with it but so far I like it. Probably not as good as season one but still entertaining for me. I don't go by others reviews because we all have different tastes in movies/shows.

I also don't need academy award performances to enjoy a show. I like the political thriller genres. Spy stuff. Good guys battling corrupt officials. Action. Bad guys. This one has all that. But you'll have to see for yourself if you like that stuff.

As far as movies Netflix has Land of Bad. I thought that was an excellent movie. I'd highly recommend it. I also like war movies with special ops stuff.

I saw a movie that had the same exact story as Night Agent and never got into the show, can't remember what the name of the movie was. Might have to try it out.

If you like spy stuff you have to watch Slow Horses with Gary Oldman. It’s terrific.

I’ll still watch it, but one thing that @dieterbrock and I seem to see eye to eye on it’s our taste in television and movies.

Most movies that win Oscars - I absolutely detest. They are usually excruciatingly boring.

Finished Night Agent. The way they ended it leaves room for another season. Gonna start on The Recruit. After I skim through the first season to refresh my memory. These shows usually have some carryover from one season the next.

You know, of all the action series I've watched over the years, 24 is still the best for me. I never watched it when it was a weekly show. Then got hooked when it was on Netflix a few years ago. I remember staying up past my bedtime many times because I kept wanting to watch one more episode. Even my wife got hooked on it. She said it was hard for her because it made her heart race. But she couldn't stop watching. Always on the edge of disaster. Jack Bauer was the man.

Brassic - It’s a British show on Prime. I’ve enjoyed season 1. It stars the same guy who plays the vampire, Cassidy, in Preacher.

It’s mainly a drama but has funny moments and the things they do wouldn’t likely happen irl. For something light, that doesn’t require a lot of thinking it’s a good watch. Plus it’s got a gorgeous acteess in it named Michelle Keegan.

Season 1 of Goosebumps was excellent.

Season 2 of Goosebumps - um after 2 episodes - going to give it 1 more episode to see if it gets better. So far - it is kinda stupid

‘American Primeval’ on Netflix was fantastic.

It’s a limited series, that takes place in Wyoming around the time the Mormons were trying to find their permanent home in the west.

It’s got Indians, wagon trains, Jim Bridger, trappers, and Cavalry.

Started this, only a couple episodes in and it’s terrific.
Appreciate the heads up on it!!

A few episodes into The Recruit season 2. I must say, so far I think I'm liking it more than season 1. And I liked season 1. They do a good job blending some light hearted moments with the intense thriller parts.

I usually like to let the shows get a full season before starting.

My wife and I like to binge one show when we find something we like.
