Now that I think about it the NFCW has been all over the place.

Not long ago it was a shit division with a 7-9 team winning it.

And a 10 win team missed the playoffs this year.

And the two best/most complete teams in the conference for a couple of years came out of this division.

It's a rollercoaster.

It's crazy.

And I quote Snead. "That's the great thing about Sean, is that he won't let us get complacent. He will always be expecting us to improve." McVay won't disappoint in year 2, imo.
